What a great idea. Even though in decentralized world where the idea of cutting the middle man out of an exchange such as the bank, the cost of transactions, for instance in bitcoin has risen dramatically. No real savings to exclude an unbias middle man to help with the exchange.

I personally have been through a lot of anxious moments when my transactions took longer to confirm. It is not right that one time transaction takes a day while another takes a week. Note I have only started crypto for 4 months. I can only imagine how people fell who been using cryptos for years. Esp. bitcoin. With a helping hand to guide me it would make crypto in general safer and much more acceptable. Thanks.
