BlackBox is a project with a big vision to change the way people work in this new phase of the digital age; the BlackBox platform is a solution to allow the management of individuals, teams and organizations within a decentralized blockchain system. What are the specific problems BlackBox are looking to tackle?

One of the vital problems BlackBox had identified for change is the limited use of human potential under current work mechanisms. Traditional organizations’ inflexible daily routine makes it difficult and tiresome for workers to maximize their potential, as factors such as strict working hours, job stresses and menial responsibilities take much of their time. In addition, there is no effective network or ecosystem specifically designed with the new generation of flexibility and freedom-valuing skilled worker.

Traditionally, individual team members are not provided with the right tools and platform to express their layers of potential, as they are only allowed to perform the task to which they are assigned. Moreover, the strict and limiting framework of the current working system makes it hard for innovators to bring their ideas to life; they don't have the necessary resources to act on their vision, and their idea is therefore ultimately postponed or abandoned. Blackbox, however, are looking to provide such innovators and skilled professionals with a cutting-edge solution to a new way of working.

I like the concept of this platform for many reasons, most notably not only because it creates a brand new open and decentralised avenue for young and talented innovators to build and showcase their talents, but also for organizations to effectively acquire their services.

The enabling of effective management of projects, through the BlackBox platform’s built-in innovative features and available resources, also caught my eye. BlackBox has many elements: as a marketplace, an industry, an organization, and an ecosystem.
