Why on earth will anyone adopt this platform. Most people whether in senior management or entry level employees hype up their skillset and achievement. Who do you think will be honest to choose this?
Second grades and ratings dont mean anything. Bad grades dont mean people arent qualified to work. Most business schools have a non grade disclosure policy and these students get hired for management roles.
Third, employers could be at fault. They probably have no interest in mentoring fresh grads and the university curriculum could be outdated.
