CEO of Golem: "Ethereum is the most promising Blockchain network"
Zulian Zawistowski, CEO of Golem, said Ethereum is the most promising blockchain platform in the global cryptocurrency sector, in an interview with TNW.
Golem's ambitions in different sectors
The Golem is the 47th cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization, according to the ranking of Coinmarketcap, with a value of 390 million dollars. It has recently been introduced to the South Korean market with the support of Bithumb, the largest crypto-purse in the country.
Golem is a decentralized supercomputer combining the computing power of each machine connected to the network. Computer power can be shared and monetized by users.
The Golem brings its expertise in several fields, including medical research and urban planning. The CEO of the company answered a question about the political and financial involvement of the network by saying:
In an ideal setting, we would like the Golem to be able to solve and help in various areas, even though AI is very important to us, I think we would stay away from government issues. We would like the Golem to help with medical research and discoveries, to do calculations for AI that can help urban planning and make the world more harmonious.
The sophisticated Ethereum platform
Ethereum focuses on several scaling solutions, such as Sharding and Plasma. During the interview on TNW, Zawistowski said that:
Ethereum is by far the most promising platform. Of course, we would like to interact more with the Blockchain and once the Ethereum scaling is able to do it more broadly.Ethereum is the second largest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization. The developers are working hard to make sure the network works. By the way, Vitalik Buterin, the co-founder of the company announced that the Ethereum Foundation was working on system scalability issues. Positive changes within the company will see the light of day .
The Golem project, launched on Ethereum's main network, is considered one of the most ambitious projects developed on the platform.
