XRP leaps 22% as part of market-wide recovery

After South Korea's Finance Minister said that the proposed ban on cryptocurrency trading in his country is not as imminent as previously reported, the crypto market recovered slightly, as all top 10 cryptocurrencies registered small gains in the past 24 hours. XRP by Ripple Labs was one of the biggest gainers, rising more than 22%, following reports that it is teaming up with payment transfer company MoneyGram.
