Amazon Launches Blockchain Template Services

E-commerce giant Amazon's cloud computing department, Amazon Web Services (AWS), has launched a new service for launching out-of-the-box blockchain networks for Ethereum and Hyperledger Fabric protocols.

AWS chief evangelist Jeff Barr wrote in a blog post on Wednesday that the new "template" allows customers "in a matter of minutes to launch Ethereum in just a few clicks. Or private) or a super-account Fabric (private) network."

He went on to explain:

"Templates can create and configure all the required AWS resources so that you can run in a robust and scalable manner."
AWS is a fast-growing segment of the Amazon business and its sales increased by 55% and 43% in 2016 and 2007, respectively. The division is fiercely competing with other tech giants' cloud computing divisions, including Microsoft’s Microsoft Azure, which in 2015 cooperated with Ethereum start-up company ConsenSyss to demonstrate its early application of blockchain as a service. interest.

According to a report released by Bloomberg in March this year, Google is also developing a blockchain solution for its cloud business.

AWS announced in 2016 that it will start working with blockchain startups to provide specialized technical support and infrastructure for the companies involved.
