like used for Steemit, is now swapping over into several industries.
One industry which blockchain technology might really help to raise safety and security is
traceability in the food chain.
Blockchain technology could be the perfect way to transport trustable information from the farm to the table,
with the purpose to server us, the consumers. It would allow us to easily check where our food is from and how it was produced and would offer a lot of benefits.
I really wonder if this realisation of a blockchain will see the day of light on a broader scale and if we users will control the network behind and the chain or if it will be a company chain without public control
Nonetheless an interesting topic
My intuition tells me that control would be held by those who wouldn't share the information very well. The current system works too well for creating laws and regulations that crush the little guy, while giving every advantage to the Corporations.
