Q1: What is the difference between LBS land and hot land?
Hot lands are obtained by official auction or buying from other at a high price while LBS lands are bought from others or in an official way. Hot lands have a higher possibility to appear at the home page, thus the benefit of hot lands is much higher than that of LBS lands.
Q2: How to find sold and unsold lands?
The profile picture of the sold land is the picture uploaded by land owners while the profile picture of the unsold land is HashWorld logo. Users can zoom out the map to check.
Q3: Why is there someone buying a land with only 1 HSC？
This happens when users make a OTC trading using legal tender.
Q4: What to do if my account is blocked?
Click “Me”， find “settings” and then choose “Appeal”. If your account is blocked, please send email to [email protected] and indicate your reason for appeal.
Q5: When will the deposit arrive into the account？
Normally the deposit will arrive on the day you apply for deposit. If your account is blocked, the time that it takes will be 3 to 5 days. Recently, Ethereum network congestion happens very often, thereby affecting the time needed for deposit. Please avoid the peak when applying for deposit.
Q6: Can an IC be used for various mobile number verifications？
No. One IC can only be used for one verification.
