Block chain philosophy and local ideology

That ideas comes to my mind often, especially in the last time when I`ve got to know better about new crypto technologies and block chain processes.

I`m really interested in the modern steering and management in the broader sense that refers not only to big politics and economics but also an ordinary life. It seems to me that for the last decade there are more and more young people starting thinking independently and forming their own lifestyles and philosophies. This also refers to the modern production process where material production is fading in comparison to the media and digital production. The issue of creativity comes to the fore that is sometimes irritating the most conservative power structures that are trying to keep the power as long as they can (by oppressing the creativity in different ways). As Lenin - revolution leader and Marxist theoretic in Russia defines it: The politics is the concentrated essence of the economics.

What is interesting - this could be transferred to the very local process that sometimes called as Local Politics. These refers firstly to the local communities, public spaces, social activism and creative industries. New corporative capitalism that is seems to be ruling the world is not working anymore at least not so severe as in the 90-s and even 2000-s. Dozen of the new small businesses emerging worldwide and concretely in Russia that are really seriously shaping new socio-cultural landscape and environment but they are still strongly controlled by the state body that is not hurrying up to change the Big raw economy. Generally the interests of the State and interests of the Capitalist Russian economy seems to be coinciding in the way they discriminate the masses: low budgets in the social projects, culture, education, health care are seems to be constituted by Big Power Politics with great expenses on the Weapon technology. At the same time I see a great rise of the different grass-roots movement that are concentrated on the social business and are representing common people. Local communities with this ideology first been shifting to the Internet spaces but later they appeared materially with numerous big art clusters, enterprises, educational stuff end even reveal of the old national crafts.

Mainly they are sharing the ideology of Horizontality that are based on the strong community felling, prosperity and social wellbeing in opposition to expedience of Corporate capitalism. Its interesting that big IT companies often using this attitude in application to the working process trying to use it as a management tool and its really working.
With the rise of the block chain philosophy - I see the next step, digital implementation of those strategies for the local communities that could get their real benefits out of this. The idea of creation of the value that is directly not connected with money, and not controlled with financial institutions is controversial: its stepping back to the Natural Exchange but at the same time it is a great step forward - that is supporting the real Horizontal connections through the value. Ideally all crypto currency should work without connection to the currency and stock exchange as its spoiling the idea of alternativeness. At the same time connection to the financial institutions gives it real power through the public and power interest as well as hypothetical (or real) conversion to the currency.

The core issue of the decentralization is good as it is bringing some type of equality and restriction of the direct control (of the Bank for example), but the realization with the overcomplicated coding is showing the mass paranoia about hack attacks and supremacy of the IT knowledge. The same problem occurs when I hear the talks about Quantum computer: what is the main purpose of this invention, just to make superefficient encryption to the bank system? And no other ideas?

Hope that common sense will be prevailing and block chain community will not be just reacting on the oppression of the Corporate, Banking or any Governmental system but making effort to built new wise world through the usage of this technology.
