Disadvantages of the special blockchain
The crypto world is very complex for people who do not know. Because it is a special block chain, it is limited within an organization or between a small number of organizational groups and therefore usually consists of fewer nodes.

Fewer nodes are generally considered to be less reliable and 51% attacked by consensus.
Access rights are given to participants and can only be validated and cannot be verified independently as an independent public chain.

Therefore, the concept of decentralization is very bad in the case of a special block chain and works like a more central model. Peer-to-peer network, access management is more complex than a public block chain.
