Disruptive Innovations: AR Cloud on Blockchain – The New Internet?
In my previous post on “the ultimate guide to 1000X cryptocurrencies”, I mentioned emergent market-networks as one category among the final winners of the crypto race.
What is emergent market-network?
It is a blockchain based network which development is accelerated by token economics and which quickly reaches some amazing disruptive innovation collectively created by network participants.
Obviously, the early adopters of such networks will be the ultimate winners.
One such emergent market-network I would like to share with you today is AR (augmented reality) Cloud On Blockchain.
AR Cloud is basically a soft copy of the whole world including places, people and things updated in real time on the cloud platform. It is argued that AR Cloud could easily replace, if realized, Google’s search index and Facebook’s social graph as the building block of the modern internet.

In fact,
AR Cloud can become the next internet, where people can search the history and content of things and places by clicking on the places themselves rendered in AR Cloud. Why click on links anymore, when you can click on the building, car or a person and discover everything you need to know about it/him.
AR Cloud will synchronize virtual and real worlds, saving tons of time for people who constantly switch their attention between the screen to get information and the task they are trying to accomplish. It was estimated that by eliminating attention switch alone is worth on average 20% GDP.
Now, putting AR Cloud on a blockchain will generate a number of benefits:
First, it will accelerate the whole AR network effect where millions of AR data will quickly pour into platform incentivized by token rewards. In the end, the accumulation of such array of AR data and services will create AR Cloud itself.
Secondly, it will put the ownership over such a tremendously unfairly advantageous technology into the hands of the people, or millions of participants in the project who hold AR Cloud tokens.
Thirdly, it will create open and decentralized marketplaces for AR services, which will distribute the wealth generated from AR Cloud into the hands of the people, again.
Although currently no company officially announced such a project, I can already anticipate it to happen within the next few months. Obviously, I will be among the first adopters and advocates. Follow Ori Inbar on the latest news about AR Cloud.
