The following information has been organized to help you complete your contribution with examples on how to contribute using MyEtherWallet and Metamask.

Important Note for the Dether Token Sale

There will be two potential rounds.

First round: only contributors who have already been whitelisted after completing the KYC registration can participate in the first round of Dether’s token sale. During the first round, each contributor has a maximum contribution cap.

Second round: if there are tokens left from the first round, they will be reserved for a second round that will start February 9, 2018. In this case, the KYC registration process will reopen on https://dether.io. During the second round, there will be no maximum contribution cap per contributor. The second round will end when the hard cap of Dether’s token sale (15000 ETH) is reached.

Only ETH is accepted. Do not try to send anything other than ETH. ETH must be sent from your whitelisted wallet address (that you provided during the KYC registration process). This address should NOT be an Ethereum address coming directly from exchanges such as Poloniex, Bitfinex, Bittrex, Coinbase, GDAX, etc.

You can contribute if your whitelisted address comes from MetaMask, MEW, Mist, and others that are not exchanges.

Always double check the Ethereum addresses you are sending ETH to.

Transactions sent to the ÐTH Token Sale contract are viewable on etherscan.

The Token Sale will begin on February 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm Central European Time (CET).

Only those who have a whitelisted Ethereum addresses will be able to see the Token Sale address. We will publish the Token Sale address on https://dether.io on February 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm Central European Time (CET).

Contributions for Dether’s token sale will only be accepted through https://dether.io starting on February 7, 2018 at 2:00 pm CET. IMPORTANT: Be aware of scams. Dether will never accept contributions through Telegram, any Dether social media or by email.

1/ How to Contribute to Dether’s token sale

There are 3 main steps:

Step 1: Go to https://dether.io and click on “Contribute Now”
Step 2. Enter your whitelisted Ethereum address to confirm that it was whitelisted.

Only contributors who have been whitelisted after completing the KYC registration will be able to see the Token Sale’s Ethereum address.

Step 3. Discover Dether’s Token Sale’s Ethereum address and send your contribution.

2/ How to Contribute Using MyEtherWallet

MyEtherWallet is a popular and reliable online wallet that can be used to generate accounts and send ether to the ÐTH Token Sale contract.

Head to MyEtherWallet: https://www.myetherwallet.com/ (Always double check the URL and look for MYETHERWALLET LLC [US] Certificate to be Safe & Secure)

Go to Send Ether & Tokens

Access your wallet

Sending ETH to the Dether Token Sale Address

Make sure that you have enough ETH in your wallet to cover your participation, as well as a small transaction fee on the Ethereum blockchain, known as “gas.” We recommend a minimum of 150,000 gas.

1. Go to ​www.dether.io/token-sale​ to copy the smart contract address and Ethereum transaction data.

2. Send ETH to the Dether Token Sale Address

You will then be asked to fill out the “Send Transaction” form

in the “To Address” field, paste the sale address copied in the last step

In the “Amount to Send” field, fill in the amount of ETH you wish to use to buy ÐTH Tokens

In the “Gas Limit” field, change the minimum amount to 150,000 gas. This will ensure that your transaction is processed.

A pop-up will appear. Click “Send Transaction.” MyEtherWallet will ask you to confirm the transaction. If the data is correct and you wish to proceed, click “Yes, I am sure! Make transaction.” DO NOT click on this button more than once.

3/ How to Contribute ÐTH Using Metamask

Metamask is a Chrome, Firefox and Opera Extension Wallet

Creating New Account
Install MetaMask in your browser. Visit the MetaMask website https://metamask.io/ and follow the instructions on how to install MetaMask in your browser.

1. Setting up MetaMask: Click on the icon on the top right of your browser. Scroll down all the way and click “continue.”

Create a password.

Restore the seeds.

Switch from the test network to the Ethereum main network.

Sending ETH to the ÐTH Token Sale Address

Make sure that you have enough ETH in your wallet to cover your participation as well as a small transaction fee on the Ethereum blockchain, known as “gas.”

1. Go to ​https://dether.io/crowdsale ​to copy the smart contract address and Ethereum transaction data
2. Open Your ETH account from which you would like to send ETH during the sale. Click on the “send” button.
   
   
   
3. Fill in the details

● In the “Recipient Address” field, enter the smart contract address. Make sure that you have the correct address copied in the previous step.

● In the “Amount” field, fill in the amount of ETH you wish to use to buy ÐTH Tokens.

1. Send ETH to the Token Sale Address

Click on “Next.”

A new dialog box summarizing the transaction will open. Review the summary to make sure the data is correct. The “gas” amount should be at least 150,000 gas. This will ensure that your transaction is processed
Click “SUBMIT” to proceed.
