WONO - The Blockchain P2P Marketplace for Everyone - Part 6 The Team and my Assessment

So now the WONO series ends, after five articles I come to my final assessment. However, first I would like to introduce you to the fantastic team. The links to the previous articles can be found at the bottom.

However, as always, I would like to point out that my articles are never and in no way any financial advice. They represent solely my opinion on a project nothing more, and I have studied them extensively for my purpose. As with any decision in life, everyone has to self-responsible to get their own opinion based on research. I leave the advice on financial matters to the professionals.

Alexander Esaulov - CEO

Alexander is an entrepreneur who founded, managed and then sold some successful startups. WONO is now officially his first blockchain project, but as a marketing expert and visionary, the business principles of his previous successful companies will help him to make the project a success. He as one of the founders is actively supported by, among others, COO and co-founder Andrey Chepelev.

Andrey is the co-founder of WONO and heavily involved in many aspects of the project. As part of the marketing team, he is responsible for managing social media channels, managing public relations and monitoring email traffic. However, his task does not stop there. He also organises the entire team and regulates all investor affairs. Andrey writes articles on the project, is the organiser of the roadshows and has the employee search under his supervision. Together with Alexander and Timofey Esaulov, he forms the inner core of the WONO Team.

Timofey holds the business planning of the project in his hands. As managing director of several companies and more than 20 years of experience, it is apparent that he is also the head of financial planning at WONO. His position as the senior supply manager at Ford, which he held for over ten years, brings the most significant wealth of experience and thus the entire team will benefit from it.

The marketing director of the project is an SEO ass with many years of professional experience in online marketing. German Solodov brings WONO into the first line of unique blockchain projects, with its sophisticated marketing concepts and online optimisation. He is a well-known, highly qualified specialist and web analytics SEO manager. I do not doubt that under his leadership, WONO's marketing will be similarly successful like in his last employment, the largest fitness chain in Russia.

Of course, the software developers are also a considerable part of a successful blockchain project. Here again, the WONO team trumps with fantastic people. Arthur Lavrischev, Artem Nikonov and Amrinder Singh are three full-stack developers in the team. They are accompanied with Tapendra Shee as a specialist in blockchain development, Muhammad Faizan Ul Haq as backend programmer and Anton Gulyakin who is responsible for the UI / UX / Design. So if this developer team is not impressive, then I do not know. They all have many years of experience that are not limited to their specialisations. The successful development of the WONO platform is entirely on its the way.

The core team is completed by the three managers Maria Polzik (Project Manager), Alexey Knizhnikov (Community Manager) and Julia Larionova (SMM Manager). The three complete the team with their workflow positions wonderfully.

However, one position is still missing in the team, and Kirill Pyrev fills it.

Although COO Andrey has taken over a part of the investor support, this significant position is occupied by an experienced leader in the field. So here comes Kirill with his many years of experience as CEO and CMO, into the team. He is not only a complement to the team, but has the challenging task of making life as easy as possible for the very demanding crypto investors.

After this brief presentation of the most critical team members, I now come to my overall assessment of the WONO project and the transition could not be more comfortable. With such a balanced team, which covers all aspects of a blockchain project, there is no complaint in this sector at all. I see the development going smoothly, as well as the overall marketing and management in line with the vision of the company. Moreover, their vision is the one topic that fascinates me most since the first time I worked myself through the whitepaper. To revolutionise the shattered sharing market and taking the challenging task of creating a decentralised platform as user-friendly as WONO intends to do is worth more than just a little bit of attention.

In my estimation, we are dealing here with an undiscovered raw diamond, which is slowly being shaped into form and will begin to shine in the next few years. WONO is not a short-term project, and I'm entirely sure that building a global clientele will take years, but the foundation is already set in stone. At this point, I want to see some of those groundbreaking projects as WONO to get the attention and recognition they deserve. WONO will solve several real-world problems at once and will help to ensure that in the future, the direct exchange of goods and services among people will be a transparent and profitable business for all parties.

So with this conclusion, I would like to finish my most extensive article series so far. It was a pleasure for me to shed light on the WONO project and I am sure that I will accompany their future success.
