Whereas I think blockchain based technologies may be the wave of the future, it seems no system doesn't have its drawbacks... but doesn't that just depend on one's perspective? With the blockchain, everything is recorded and technically speaking transparent... but I am sure there are those (including privacy fiends) who wouldn't consider that a good thing.
