Russia, despite deing very skeptical about cryptocurrencies, this is not an impediment for large companies to start working with them, as in the case of S7, the largest airline operator in Russia.

They are conducting tests using an application based on blockchain technology to track information and paperwork related to the fuel filling process of aircraft.

Tests have been conducted through a fuel supplier, Gazpromneft-Aereo, and the largest private bank in Russia, the Alfa-Bank, on a domestic flight depaarting from the Tolmachevo international airport.

The function of the application is to share information about fuel demand in a distributed network, and fuel payments can be carried out trhough the network creating digital invoices intelligent contracts.

I wouldnt say Russia is sceptical towards Blochchain techs. It depends what countries you do compare it with? If comparing to EU, Russia is much more blockchain friendly for example.
