Blockchain tech VS Hashgraph tech

The blockchain technology is purposely slow to give proof of labor and consumes immense electricity power in mining.
Leemon Baird managed to create a better system to reach the general consensus in transactions and faster with the name of Hashgraph.
I am waiting for the develop of crypto-coins in this layer of technology, the speed of transactions changes from the snail velocity to double the speed of light.
