Binance and its CEO were sued by the CFTC for operating an "illegal" exchange.

Since then, a total of $1.6 billion has been withdrawn, with $852 million withdrawn in the past 24 hours, Nansen said.

Nansen further explained that this is higher than usual, but still not as high as in December.
