PolygonScan, a popular blockchain explorer, went offline Wednesday after several Polygon blockchain nodes went out of sync.

According to Lang, an "incredibly large" block reorganization appears to be the cause of the out of sync.

As a result, some nodes were unable to validate blocks for very short periods of time, the spokesperson said.
