The digital era has changed our hiring industry. People no longer need to bring a thick page of job applications to the companies, they only need to register at a job site or send an email with digital information (e.g in the form of attached files) to the companies’ email address. But the technology revolution also has some side effects to the industry.

Inefficiencies in the Current Hiring Industry

It is true that digital information could make the jobseeking process easier.
