The project leader himself is Matteo Gianpietro Zago, who is very experienced in building tech products for data analysis and marketing. He also has strong experience in creating internet company.

Then, we meet Vladimir Holubovych, a serial entrepreneur of the digital and physical product as the operations lead. Essentia also has GRX0, a master of informatics, decentralization and blockchain technologies as the blockchain and architecture lead.

Core Products

The core products provided by Essentia are designed to support a personal and custom environment for its users. So that they could manage and interact with multiple IDs, data, assets, decentralized and traditional resources, cross-chain resources etc. Main components including the ESS-ID, ESS-HOME, and ESS-OS can be used regardless of the locations of the users and devices being used.

Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of Essentia consists of Essentia community (the ones who contribute to the development of the network), Essentia MTU (also called as Essentia Foundation, a non-profit corporation) which will manage things related to development, research, education and awareness. There is also Essentia GmBh ( a for-profit corporation) which will be helping in the setup, adoption, integration and maintenance of the Essentia Platform and more.

Essentia also provides a space for its users (whether companies, organizations or individuals), where they are allowed to do an experiment, contribute, adapt or even modify the open source of the Essentia products to fit their need.

Business Use Case

Essentia, on its business plan document, describes the use case of its framework. This part explains how the network, access and products of Essentia could be used by different companies, business or individuals for different purposes. For example, the Essentia enables businesses to have a secure data management for themselves or their clients.
