Talentchain is a blockchain based platform which is aiming to curb the illegal, fake certifications and helping the educational institutions, organizations by providing verified and authentic certificates and stores and inspects the all the academic details, professional details of the individuals, works with tokenization model, backed by experienced team members and advisors.
Problem:
Fake certification is one of the major problem in educational institutions studies saying that there are 220 bogus education institutions which provides fake certificates in UK, fake institutes that resembles original universities, agencies, individuals are selling fake degrees to the students, it becomes difficult for the recruiting companies curb these illegal activities, if the companies want to cross check the background of candidates using traditional method i.e. physical visits which leads to high and unnecessary cost for the companies. There are lot of websites who are offering fake and worthless degrees to individuals
As per KPMG India report on background checks of individual professional qualifications it is found that major discrepancies are in education and employment.
Solution:
These discrepancies have created need of trustworthy and transparent platform which provides verified certificates for the individuals.
To curb the fake certification activities Talentchain has come up with blockchain based platform which records and inspects the student academic and professional activities and gives authentic certification, which includes skills, endorsements, awards, badges and recognitions.
Centralized data bases have high chance of risk of alter of information, to prevent this it uses blockchain technology, its distributed ledger ensures immutability of information stored in the network also it provides transparency of the user information which will verifies the information of candidates.
