Will Initial Model Offering(IMO) replace Initial Exchange Offering(IEO)? Yes
The IEO Ecosystem has been misused, it is full of cheaters and scammers these days; many scam project always find a way to fool gullible investors. IMO was initiated to curb off those challenges and build an ecosystem that will secure people's investment.

IMO releases only 10% of the investment to the investors, while the remaining 90% is locked.
