RE: The Day I got DICKED by the STEEM BLOCKCHAINS "ALL-IN DELEGATION" Problem! READ! FFS! READ!

Yeah, I can see a system where if you delegate, let's say 100,000SP at 90% vote power, you delegate 90% of that instantly and the rest gets added over time thus it won't affect your own vote power. However, that just creates an additional parameter/thing for people to get confused about and I think Steem inc is aiming for things to be as parsimonious as possible to encourage adoption.

However, I think the 90% + 10% over time thing is a better idea than the current system so it doesn't just fuck your voting power for 5 days.

I agree. The delegation system does not really feel like it is supposed to. In Code it looks great, but now in code we need to make a better system were we can send and isolate used stake until those stake are at 100% and become active on the receiving account.

If all you have is 1000 SteemPower, and you delegate 500 to for example @booster, first 500, then another 500 - what you just did was calling back the first 500 and it will be back in after 5 days. What you need to do in this version is to completely undelegate first, get your small stake back so you can delegate 100% of your voting power when your voting power is at 100%

Also, it should be a 5 second new feature allowing SteemPower to be transfered from one account to another account with some added security.

IE. Buying and selling Steempower or like we do, renting out our steempower to the highest bidders in each @booster run.

Luckily @ned, this seems like a trivial thing to fix for a 20,7 patch.
