There is an improvement in technology, and the community is trying to acclimatize to this change. They are aiming at equipping themselves with the current trends so that they can as well excel in the future of work. How do we explain this? For us in blackbox team, we understand the past and the present. In the past, we were in bondage and slavery. The only hope we had was to make a better life from our work. On the other hand, our employers as our taskmasters stand on our future. They play the music and we danced to it. We worked for our hands off to be paid nothing. They made us think that our future lies in the ability to work all day. If you check well, you will see that work is one of the things we spend much time doing while we use only some moment to contemplate. We became lost to ourselves. That was the past! No hope! Today, we are still not thinking about our future as our employers are gradually replacing us with the machine. The machine is used to diagnose diseases, count, record, and store. They can even provide legal advice too. 
What then have we been looking forward to? Half of US jobs are suffering automation already. If this is the case, what will be the future of work? What will become the future of those who are looking forward to the day they will make it from the work they do? The major challenges lie in the rate of change which instead of being linear is exponential. Technology doubles itself over the past years and there is no sign that it is going to stop. The cost of technology is not an exception to this current trend as it is falling down instead of going up to an unaffordable height!
Now you should ask yourself this question. Why am I concerned? Well, the exponential rate of change calls for your attention. There is no way you can wait to adopt. You either anticipate the coming changes or wait till you become extinct like the other animals. The rate of change is showing that the next hundred years to come will experience one million years of technological change. What is left for human beings? Be innovative and creative.
