Craig Jones of Australia took out both 5x IBJJF Champion Leandro Lo and Murilo Santana via submission today! He showed a very strong and forward-pressing guard game.
I don't know much about Jones, but he certainly made a name for himself in these matches. This has got to be the most unexpected set of submissions all year, maybe the biggest upset since Eddie Bravo Beat Royler Gracie! I will say, he certainly has his work cut out for him in 2-time ADCC medalist Keenan Cornelius tomorrow.

Holy shit, that was beautiful to see! Really impressed with how he was playing bottom and using his unconventional guards to attack the legs the whole time, but immediately went for the back take when opportunity presented it self! Seizing that one tiny little mistake that Lo made and capitalized on the submission. Beautiful! Thanks for posting.
