With the intent to invest in ZCL (ZClassic) I have run into some issues when trying to convert my bitcoin to ZCL.
The message that was popping up stated "MIN_TRADE_REQUIREMENT_NOT_MET" and I was getting frustrated because I wanted to buy asap. If you are experiencing the same issue on Bittrex than I have the solution for you.
In the image (provided below) there is an example of someone trying to sell with limit order but for buying purposes lets assume this same example was a buy order instead. Now with this issue of not being able to buy the coin you want due to a "minimum requirement not met" I will show you how to get through this problem.

-The issue arises (which is not really an issue) when you transfer your money from your Coinbase account to your Bittrex account. In order for the bitcoin on the bittrex account to be fully active and ready to trade other alt coins it has to be ready and fully confirmed. There are 6 confirmations before the bitcoin is ready and sent to your Bittrex account.
-The way you could check the confirmation process is by going to your Coinbase account, locating the "Recent activity" panel and clicking on your bitcoin transaction that was SENT to your Bittrex account. Once you've clicked that then you would want to click the "View Transactions." This will bring you to a website that examines and checks the transaction confirmation process.

-Notice that in this example the confirmation process is 3/6 of the way through, which means it needs three more confirmations before it is completed and confirmed.

• The process of confirmations vary with the day and if you would like an estimate of the 6 confirmations to be complete than you would go to this website: https://blockchain.info/charts/avg-confirmation-time
  -This website will allow you to view the average confirmation time in minutes for the current day you're trying to send bitcoin to Bittrex. (As of today it is 130 minutes on average to get all 6 confirmations).
  -Once you have all 6 confirmations you will then be able to utilize your bitcoin on Bittrex and trade your new favorite altcoin.
