When 2000 STEEM has been raised, EOS-EX will be enabled and a TORRENt tokenon EOS especially on Newdex with a proper white paper will be an incredible project to invest in I believe.This will require a new set of eyes to help write a white paper involving an EOS DAPP that can handle bit torrents, but as a Steem Engine tribe the concept works fine. Post lawful Torrent tracker files, get upvoted TORRENT token.
