I like the optimism. However, with so many competing projects, I think achieving that would not be easy. Yet, Dan is known for achieving difficult tasks. Anyway, I am HODLing my EOS until the end 2018.

Well, I think it is more complicated than that. I think the success of steem depends on so many factors including SMTs.
