Listed nodes are offline until we do:
*fresh backups of blockchain databases/block_log files,
*more security,
*nginx reconfiguration for more capacity,
*automatization of bitshares as a native process (which we have done for Thailand as example for Ubuntu 16.04)
*Implementation of load balancers for USA and ASIA
*Adding 2 more nodes
