Beyond bitcoin talk: My investment in Bitshares for Christmas "New to Bitshares"

I have been looking at this currency bitshares I look and the crypto markets and I found out that bitshares are are about.50$ which is half of a dollar this is cool. I checked with my mom and she said I can buy some bitshares are I like the idea of them. I recently today accutaly recieved 200 dollars for christmas and i have around 150 to 200 more dollars to get for the Christmas holidays. I looked at other crypto coins like ant-shares and saw it was a decentralized  market that could help me long term in my college investment. 

I saw that Bitshares are also popular on the blockchian markets and bitshares also has a bit-USD  holder and it can transfer bitcoin to money. Bitshares also stays in the green on coin cap Io and bitshares has increased invalue by 10.95%. The good value rise is proof that my investment will be healthy and it also has a smart contract kind of like Ethereum and other cryptocurrencies.
