I honestly don't think we should be pandering so heavily to a single centralized exchange's demands; Bitshares has been added to many new centralized exchanges recently and Bittrex being gone has long been factored into the price of BTS.

Heck, the 'bitshares foundation' worker proposal on centralized exchange regulation compliance is yet to be approved so arguably there is no decentralized authority/approval of these communications with Bittrex.
