I think the most active users in crypto:

1/ have a responsibility to set a standard for things, best practices and such.

2/ have to lead so the new people can benefit as they learn.

3/ can use their volume and wallets to lead by example.

5/ have the most pull, as they are the most active by far.

6/ 150k new accts daily are fine stats but 99% of them are too new or scared like we all were being new, to buy or sell even for awhile and thus affect any volume at the big exchanges, you have to admit that.
