Now lets take a look at the marketcap of bitshares compared to the other blockchains:

This just shows how undervalued Bitshares is, you can hype a blockchain all you want but you cant fake real world performance.

Sort:

Just the facts. Just the facts.

62% is ridiculous. Why is this not in the top 10?

In BTS, lots of things are considered 'operations'... ranging from making accounts, to placing/filling/cancel orders, sending transfers, ajdusting price feeds, etc...

I'm not trying to downplay Bitshares or anything - I love it the core and I'm surprised myself there isn't more adoption - YET - but this may help to give an idea of how BTS(along with Steem) ranks so high in these numbers 🙂

Also, Ethereum is facing major bottlenecks NOW... not looking so good, there's been speak of changing to proof-of-stake but it's sort of hard to switch over the whole system while it's all in play-Some things that BTS and Steem seem to have figured out with their series of hardforks all working flawlessly up to this point!

Same thing i was asking myself.

Makes no sense why BTS isn't valued much higher, with much greater market share

Bitshares should have Bitcoins market share and Bitcoin should have Bitshares.
But sadly that wont happen because Bitcoin started it all.

Totally agree with you. I still think BTC could hit sub $500 before the end of 2020. It's an outdated relic that belong in a tech museum.

Agreed BTC can't be used due to slow transaction times and high transaction fees they talk about the lighting network but who knows when that will be live.
1 year in crypto is like an eternity.
