Joy Or Fear

I shared the scatter today 01/21/2018 and would love to hear your thoughts.
Today I free up the website of the ICC ARCBLOCK. "For legal reasons, we do not accept Chinese, American, Canadian, Korean and New Zealand citizens." ARCBLOCK ICO is crowdsale to raise funds, but prohibits citizens of those countries from buying ICO.

I went back to the forum of ICO players and articles from trusted sources. I see them explaining too many of these laws, especially in the United States, that are registered with the SEC (Secutrity Exchange Commission), so ICOs often block territory and ban some countries from buying, especially people. America.

I continue to read, there are some Americans playing ICO good at reassuring people in the forum that: "Do not worry, I was banned, but these ICO is the Vietnamese people living in Vietnam buy the most. If they are still alive on the trading floor, they will sell immediately. At the time they did not buy too late. "
I found out that many ICOs originated in countries outside the United States that were sold by crowdsale companies to Americans. The other countries are Singapore and Singapore.

This makes me think of two things and with all sincerity want to share with you interested and investment crypto:

  1. America is too hard, like a "old man uncomfortable and backward" so no one wants to play. So the American people have lost a lot of opportunities in the cryto game from the water? Living and working with Americans, Americans, Americans ... I have some confidence in this theory. And really, there are a lot of angry Americans in the forum who do not buy them.
  2. Do the United States and some of these countries have a certain level of expertise, and are they making a commitment to protecting their citizens at risk as far as possible?
  • Bitfinex also forbids Americans from trading on the floor!
    Look forward to your sharing.
