Trevon James got a subpoena to go to court for his part in Bitconnect. I believe he and these others knew it was a ponzi. Thankfully I saw it for what it isand didn't put any money into it. Sad for the others that lost their money but you gotta do your due diligence. It will be very interesting to see how this turns out.
