Bitconnect Class Action Complaint filed 1/24/2018

I'm not sure how far this will go, but it will certainly be interesting to see how this one pans out. I personally don't think promoters like Trevon James (@trevonjb) and the others should be brought into this as they were victims in the scam as well.

It would however be amazing to get BTC back from the lending platform going belly-up and BCC value plummeting into practically nothing. It has been rumored that the wallet holding Bitconnects earnings has been located with nearly 150,000 bitcoins in its contents, so they definitely have the funds to cover the payouts.

I'm not trying to spread FUD, just informing people of what I've seen - I hope people who lost everything can get back at least some of what they've lost.
