What impact will Bitcoin Futures have on Price in the Short-Term when Institutional money comes in?

This video describes what futures are and explains that Bitcoin Futures as cash-settled not asset-settled. I see three scenarios playing out in the short term. 1) Bears win and the price can go down, be stagnant, or go up. 2) Bears/Bulls tie and the price goes up due to news and popularity. 3) Bulls win and with news, the price absolutely skyrockets! We could be looking at a 100k Bitcoin! Everything is based on short-term outlook and for the long-term I am bullish and that is how i invest so i will hold during this period.
