Can Be Purchased with Bitcoin, Apartment in Dubai sold out
One of the developers is a Bitcoin player who wants the crypto money into real transactions.

A total of 50 units of luxury apartments in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, sold out. Interestingly, the purchase of an apartment worth USD 130,000-USD 380,000 that can be paid with Bitcoin. Units are worth it, each for studio type (USD 130,000 or 15 Bitcoin) and type with two rooms (USD 380,000 or 45 Bitcoin). This apartment tower was built by Michelle Mone underwear entrepreneur who shares with founder of Aston Venture Group, Doug Barrowman. The two Scottish residents, building a property project in Dubai with an investment of USD 327 million or about Rp 4.5 trillion. As quoted from Business Insider, Mone said buyers do not fully use Bitcoin. Some are paid with money. "They are generally novice players in Bitcoin," he said. "I love to see this crypto money used to buy real-world assets," Barrowman said. "That's the spirit of equality, too, so that crypto money can get into the physical world and the real world." Mone himself calls Barrowman a Bitcoin player. But he is frustrated because crypto money has no physical form that can be offered to the public. That's why they offer apartments to buy with Bitcoin.
Dubai
The apartment tower they built, has a total of 1,300 residential units. But only 50 units are offered for Bitcoin. "Some consumers buy 2 units. There is one who buys up to 10 units, "said Barrowman. The project, located in Dubai's Sciene Park itself is still under construction, is expected to be completed by 2020. The developer of Dubai Aston Developments, part of Knok Group owned by Barrowman.
