Tennessee Mayor Says Bitcoin Is 'The Only possible Solution' to Inflation
Mayor Jackson, Tennessee, tweeted that Bitcoin was the only way to fix inflation.
Mayor Scott Conger made these comments a day after the Department of Labor reported the sharpest inflation increase in 12 months since 2008 at 5.4%.
"Why embrace inflation?" Conger Mayor tweeted. “Why not ask for more of the federal government? 6.3% in two years, 172.8% in my lifetime. Every year our dollar is devalued. There is no recoil. There is only one fix for this... #Bitcoin."
The market also uses laser eyes on his Twitter profile picture to indicate his bullish belief that Bitcoin is heading towards $100,000.
