Saw bcd at like 187 on bitterex and 14-15 some other exchange. People were buying elsewhere and dumping in bittrex or vice versa they suspended deposit and withdraws and now this. I wonder how much they lost. How often this must happen across different exchanges diff coins.
They are delisting some coins that didn't have working product yet, cause of new regulations.
