This chart is showing mondays latest price movement at 20:22 CET and 02:22 EST.

Why has price paused at around 2260+/-?
The reason for is due to price is building on a well known pattern. The inverted head and shoulder.
Price has right now reaching a neckline of importance. A break above will bring price into a Air Pocket which normally "suck it" to the next resistance level.

Target for this beast is coming in as a possible double top.

In a later note I will focus on...what could happen if neckline of the IHS isn't taken out. So far the Bearish Gartley is on track:
