It's very disappointing considering poloniex was one of the best exchange back then. A lot of old crypto businesses are exiting like nicehash, etherdelta etc.
I also am hearing complaints about Bittrex that are similar.
It's getting to be the same story with us older accounts and not getting out our coins and then no support.
