Robbed of my Bitcoin: Update

So I just sent another two videos to Minex's so called "customer support" they have not got back to me with anything after five days and that is really slow since I use other cloud mining websites like genesis mining and hashflare and they get back to me from 30 mins to 24 hours not five days! So all I'm saying is I won't try it again unless they let me log in and give me the cloud pack. I also tried the forgot your password but once I got the email and clicked the link and created the password it did not work on the site, only the customer support site.
