lack of a standard of turnover. Today, the only international standard is to check the goods for integrity at the time of acceptance. For the observance of this process, no one is responsible. Some counterparties do this, some do not. If the turnover process were fixed in any way, this would affect the responsibility of the parties. And, accordingly, would affect the price and quality;
low confidence. Counterparties often follow the emotions when choosing suppliers and buyers. Much less attention is paid to the degree of expediency of the transaction. People simply do not agree with the characters, and this affects the final consumer in the end.
