Also, the payouts are lower than expected because there are many many many people who are brand new to steemit just to see Haejin's blog and post questions or comments. They certainly are appreciated and will need time to build up their payout value.
Aside from that, at this point, over 1,650 views occurred over 3 hours that did NOT vote.
It's impossible that that many people would consider this information above of no value, so it's the shamefully selfish behavior that irks me.
Consume info and skip giving back via a vote that costs nothing. Mind blowing.
