TOKEN QUE ME TOCA - TOKEN THAT TOUCH ME

En artículo pasado, publicado por esta misma vía, hice referencia a los TOKEN, que lejos de ser un animalito japonés, es un símbolo de cualquier activo susceptible de ser comercializado. Pero hablemos en buen criollo. TOKEN es el equivalente a ficha, símbolo de algo, soportado por una infraestructura de algo. Así que, en el caso específico que nos ocupa de las criptomonedas, un TOKEN esta soportado por la infraestructura de una cripto, su Blockchain, un monedero, pero además algo nuevo que aparece en el lenguaje que estamos aprendiendo, un SMART CONTRACT o lo que significa en español, un contrato inteligente.

Lo que debemos tener más que claro es que la criptomoneda no es igual a un TOKEN, este último se sirve de la primera para ser generado mediante un Smart contract a través de un monedero.

Algunos expertos aseguran que las criptomonedas no pueden ser tratadas como divisas, a pesar que pueden permitir transacciones entre pares, pues representan una forma de intercambio y por ello se les da la denominación de monedas. Por otra parte el TOKEN, no es que aparecieron con las cripto, no, ya existían en físico, y les pongo como ejemplo los parques de diversión, donde hay carruseles. Ud. llega con sus hijos y compra una cantidad X de tickets que de acuerdo al aparato donde se quieran montar sus hijos tienen una equivalencia monetaria, en este caso el ticket se convierte en un TOKEN, pues Ud. está pagando en moneda fiduciaria por ellos pero a cambio va a recibir un servicio de diversión dependiendo de su valor, que además solo le va a servir en ese parque y durante un tiempo determinado, es decir no solo es limitado sino también privado.

Quizás algunos se pregunten, que beneficio me reporta la creación de un TOKEN, pues bien, yo también me hacia la misma pregunta. Así que si tiene sentido, cuando requerimos de un sistema de intercambio de servicios o productos, también cuando pensamos en financiar un proyecto, sea propio o en apoyo. Lo interesante, es que a un solo clic usted puede hacer seguimiento de su inversión a través de la Blockchain, sin esperar la reunión de una junta de accionistas.

Vaya, hasta abrir el monedero como que la cosa estaba sencilla, y se nos complica cuando nos dicen que estos contratos inteligentes están escritos en un lenguaje bastante complicado para nosotros pobres mortales y es el lenguaje de la programación.

Claro si sabe usted de programación, es cosa sencilla, pero para quienes no sabemos programar, la cosa como que se complica; pero como ya dijera anteriormente, tenga en cuenta que todo lo que se haga, queda registrado en la Blockchain, gráficamente hablando es algo así:

Pero volviendo al tema de la programación del contrato inteligente, la vida se nos devuelve al cuerpo, pues dados los avances que han hecho las distintas tecnologías de criptomonedas, existen contratos inteligentes que pueden ser utilizados y así lograr crear nuestro TOKEN. Así que si ya pensó en crear su TOKEN, pues escoja su moneda e inicie la aventura.
