I can't say I agree that 100-130 days is very profitable in a market where prices change vastly every day, this is assuming that bitcoin will still be #1 market cap in 100+ days, which I think is very questionable!
We saw the boom in crypto in december and saw boom in last spring and we expect the same boom in crypto in spring ;) and right now the enter in crypto world is almost only in bitcoin coins ;) Bitcoin is king of jungle ;)
I have 10.5 Ths in hashflare where I paid $2000+
currently they disabled btc withdraw below 0.05 . Small pct aps are paying even $3 with batch transfer. I don't know whe with hashflare?
Crypterra is better, cheap, 2 years contract , no maintenance fee, no withdraw fee. Only doubt is their harware property and location is not transparent.
The withdraw on hashflare is 0.05 because the bitcoin network have some issues right now ;)
Crypttera maybe will give the best price with awesome return but its looks like scam, you only can pay with btc or litecoin no credit card and aslo the site is ugly and slow :( maybe they will pay for begin payouts but you never now is to right risk ;)

It would be good if HF did more interviews etc and explained a little more about how they manage to keep offering contracts when the likes of Genesis etc seem to run out in a matter of days.
