My opinion (which is not an investing advice) Hold the eICN, cos if you sell now after ICN being 93% down from its ATH, you'll exit with a big loss. Crypto is risky investment and investing into it you should be prepared to lose everything, at the same time, don't cut off yourself an opportunity to win in a long run.
