Now that the bulls are back in town and the alts are in season, what are your top low cap (sub 100mil) cryptos?

Here are my top 3 low cap projects:

1. Phore (PHR) is a fork of PIVX, which is a PoS/Privacy coin with masternodes. It has a decentralized marketplace, which is a fork of openbazar but you can use PHR, which makes it a nice on/off ramp for fiat. They will be adding segwit later this year which opens it up to LN.

2. NAV Coin (NAV) is a PoS blockchain. It has a lot of active development, but its lack of marketing is holding it back right now (which means it is still cheap).

3. APEX (CPX) is a B2B and B2C consumer data marketplace/service. It is run by a top tech company in China, and has HUGE upside. It's a NEP5 token, and is avaliable on the NEO DEX Switcheo (which is also another good token to grab up). Good time to accumulate it before it lands on major exchanges.
