Bitcoin Mining farm Idea! I need your feedback!

Its been a long time since I last used steemit. I have my disagreements with this platform but it is one of the best places to meet and learn from a large group of people.
I want to start a Bitcoin Mining farm in Trinidad and Tobago. We'll be paying around .03-.04cents USD a kilowatt.
What size of farm do you think will be a viable business venture for me and investors?
Are people willing to invest in a bitcoin mining farm?
